A pre-listing inspection is performed before the home is listed and hits the market.

For pre-listing inspections, we conduct our standard, comprehensive inspection. This allows the sellers the opportunity to remedy any issues before listing the home. It also gives the sellers informed about the condition of their home so they aren’t surprised later should their prospective buyers have another inspection conducted. Lastly, marketing the home as being “Pre-Inspected” places more confidence in the property and helps sell the home faster.
