Qualifications & Experience

Idaho is one of the few states that has virtually zero regulations on the home inspection industry – Meaning anyone can call themselves a home inspector. We used our qualifications and experience to go the extra step and become accredited. We’re proud stand apart from the competition and be professionally certified through InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

Up-To-Date Practices

Part of being a professionally certified home inspection company means staying up to date on practices and changes to industry standards, as well as completing continuing education courses annually. We make sure we’re always learning and improving our services so we can continue to be Boise’s premier home inspection company. We also use the best tools and technology to provide our clients with the most accurate information possible about their potential real estate purchases. Some of these key pieces of equipment include things like a moisture meter, gas meter, radon tester, and infrared thermal camera.

Infrared Thermal Camera

Our infrared thermal camera is one of our favorite tools we use on every home inspection. It’s a specialized camera that detects changes in temperature. This allows us to see places we otherwise couldn’t see with the naked eye, such as certain areas in the ceiling or behind drywall and inside walls. It’s our number one tool for finding plumbing leaks as well as missing insulation, both of which can be costly surprises. Some home inspection companies in Boise don’t use infrared cameras, and some charge extra for the thermal scan. We use it on every inspection for FREE.

Local Business

As a local business, we’re grateful for the trust our clients place in us. We’re proud to be inspecting the homes of our fellow neighbors in the Treasure Valley community. By doing our best on each and every inspection, we’re successfully growing our company one home at a time. It’s one of the reasons we have over 200 5-star Reviews on Google.
